Thanks for another interesting listen. I especially liked the suggestion to leverage what you've learned from previous projects. One way that I feel works well is a project post-mortem where you discuss what went well and what didn't and why for each.
One thing to keep in mind is that all projects are unique so some lessons may not map well onto the next project, so care must be taken when trying to apply what you've learned from previous projects to future projects. This gets back to the "learning what to learn" mantra in this podcast.
